Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece of Gratitude jewelry. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including tags, pouches, boxes, certificates if applicable).
  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery date
  • Applies only to non-customized, non-personalized jewelry.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
 Exchange Options

We offer exchange only for:

  • Size issues (for adjustable wristwear)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
 Exceptions – 925 Silver

Due to high value and authenticity concerns:

No returns for change of mind or custom orders. 

 Return/Exchange Process

  1. Email us at connect@gratitudejewellery.com] with your order number, photo(s), and reason.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate:
    • An exchange dispatch, or
    • A credit note (valid for 6 months)
    • Refund (only if applicable)

Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless the item is damaged/defective).
  • For exchanges, we offer one-time free reshipping.
