Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece of Gratitude jewelry. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including tags, pouches, boxes, certificates if applicable).
- The request is made within 24 hours of delivery date
- Applies only to non-customized, non-personalized jewelry.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Exchange Options
We offer exchange only for:
- Size issues (for adjustable wristwear)
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
Exceptions – 925 Silver
Due to high value and authenticity concerns:
No returns for change of mind or custom orders.
Return/Exchange Process
- Email us at connect@gratitudejewellery.com] with your order number, photo(s), and reason.
- We will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate:
- An exchange dispatch, or
- A credit note (valid for 6 months)
- Refund (only if applicable)
Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless the item is damaged/defective).
- For exchanges, we offer one-time free reshipping.
